  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I started my interest for computers from my beloved zx spectrum :)
actually i also finished the interest on zx.
    it was in middle 80s.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • I (still) have:

    Amiga 500
    Atari st 1040
    Atari st 520
    Zx spectrum 128k
    Timex 128k
    Zx sprinter 4mb
    Atari 8 bit
    And of course - a PC. ;)

I make with the computers: music, graphic, some crap code.
I have also c64, but for now i don't use it.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Errm... I'm not sure if i understand the question, but i still make music and
gfx. but the music is what i love. rest of my scene-work is mostly kinda joke ;)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • On amiga - octamed
On spectrum - sound tracker 1.1
On atari st - sidsound designer
    On pc - akord

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Oh, if you mean *.mod files, i think i like best my song from 'alienate' demo
    (zx)

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Hehe, maybe some really old trax. ;) why? 'cause they suck.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music is one of the most important elements.
    sometimes - the most important.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I still compose for scene and for professional stuff.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Oh, midi isn't very "today's" piece of music. ;) but if you mean formats of
music, i don't like midi. trackers' formats are better in my opinion. and mp3
for demos...? well, it's kinda weird for me, i have to admit. i'm rather an
    old-school man. ;)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Songs from zx spectrum games. mostly 5-chnls zx stuff made by tim follin.
    Agent-x, chronos and others...

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • With mods? no, i don't think so. the only thing we make with them now, is
preparing a music collection with some of my mods, and it will be for zx
spectrum. About my chiptunes for zx, we publish our albums on-line. There are
already 3 records with cover-arts ready to print. so everybody can burn himself
    a record. ;)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?
  • Electronic and metal bands. from electronic music last times i listen to
electro-industrial stuff and from metal thingies - power and black.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Amiga is a great, brilliant computer, which - i hope - will be alive forever.
Working with it gives me some special, cool feeling. i hope one day a500 scene
will come back with its full power, in great style.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Yes. Actually even more than in the past. which is weird, i think. ;)

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • First - greetz to all active users of a500, then - greetz to all amiga fans.
Also i would like to greet my friends from zx spectrum scene and all maniax of
    chiptune/micromusic stuff.
