  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I was app. 7 or 8 years old, when we got our first computer.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • My first own machine was a ZX Spectrum and I used it mostly for playing games. Smiley

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I wondered how could a specific game or movie looks/sounds with different score. So I began to compose my own version of scores.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I started from FastTracker II in PC. Then I changed it to Sk@le Tracker, because FT2 obsoleted and was unable to run at modern PCs and Windows OS. I tried to switch Sk@le to ReNoise, but I'm in "creativity break" now. My next program will be ReNoise Tracker, cause I bought a licensed version of it. Smiley I also used Sony SoundForge for mastering some tracks and coding'em into mp3s. I have MIDI-keyboard with full 88 keys and use different virtual samplers & synthesizers with MAGIX Music Maker as a master software.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • No one. All of them could and should be much better!

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Nope. There're lots of ugly tunes I composed, but these bastards are mine bastards! Smiley

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music creates a unique atmosphere and helps player to fell result more completely.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Because of my real life work I'm in a break now, but I will return. Sure, I will, hell ya!

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • I think nothing. MOD was quite good solution for the past, but everything evolves.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • "Unreal" & "Unreal Tournnament" scores in MODs. These ones really rocks!

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Yes. As soon as I'll be able to hire symphonic orchestra with score writer.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Different bands, differents styles.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • I was not in amiga/c64 scenes, but they gave me some musical moods, ways of tracking.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Sadly, nope.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Alex Brandon & Michel van den Bos - you rocks, guys! Really. Thanks for your brilliant works! And samples. =)
There're a lot of people I wish to greet or to thank, so let me just say "thank you" to the whole scene.
