  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Can't exactely remember the year, but the game that started it off for me was
    Gliderider on the Spectrum 128.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • I had a spectrum 128, commodore 64, although the speccy was used for games, I
soon got into the demo scene when I got the cbm, then went onto the amiga and
was heavily into demos with that machine aswell.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?
  • I did a little bit of coding on the cbm64, but wasn't very good at it,
I've never been any good at gfx but I seemed to take to writing music like a duck to water.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I used to use Med Soundstudio, but nowdays I use Acid3, reason, orion and
rebirth etc, until med v2 comes out (which should be rockin')

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • My latest remix actually, I remixed the track "comin on strong" by Signum,
it's excellent, really good stuff and hopefully, should be getting released on
    Tidy Trax in may.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Maybe some of my earlier stuff, albeit being a bit primitative, but we all
    have to learn somewhere.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • I think music is very importaunt in a demo, I mean, you could have the best
gfx in the world, but if the music is really bad and irritating, then people
aren't gonna watch the demo, it's not as bad in a game where you can turn the
music off, plus you are normally pre-occupied to notice the music alot of the
    time.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes, I still compose, normally for leisure, but I have been getting quite a
bit remix work coming in, so hopefully, can call myself professional soon :-)

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • There are some really good tunes flying about, with mpg etc, people can do
all they need to the tune before spreading it, making it have that professional
    touch.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • One of my all time favorite tunes is the track from "9 Fingers" by Spaceballs,
still a fantastic demo and still a fantastic tune.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Yes. I have been going through some of my old mods recently and found a few
tracks that I'd like to reproduce etc, so these will be getting put on my demo
    cd for record companys.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Lange, Matt Darey, Paul Van Dyk, olmec Heads etc, mostly trance.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • It gave me inspiration into writing music, hopefully oneday, my stuff will
inspire other artists to keep working at it.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • I was never really active in the scene as it goes, I just did my tunes for
myself, I still have yet to see a tune of mine on a demo, so if anyone is
    interested, then get in touch.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Just wanna say hi to everyone in the scene and all the artists that have
inspired me (Dj Mellow Noise, Ravebusters, Travolta, Marc of Haujobb)
