  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I guess it was in the early nineties. I cannot remember exact date.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • I had C64 which I used mainly for playin' games but also basic programming.
That was also the time when I got interested in the synthetic music.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I used to play piano then (moved to guitar). I was simply the thing that came
    to easy to me.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Protracker, THX/AHX Sound System.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Well, I am really not satisfied with my previous releases. Moreover, for last
three years I have been totally out of the scene life. Now I am back as a
full-time musician and I like the music I am now releasing. But having in mind
all my previous releases the one I liked the most was Politics and Scoof and
for sure all my chip tunes.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Well, actually I used to copy more that I should have from other musicians:)

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Well, it is an integral part of the show. It has to harmonize with the effects
and make 'em being even more impressive.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes, as mentioned above, I got back to the scene after 3 years of unactivity.
I compose the music for pure fun.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Well, I prefer old-skool 4 channel compositions. The whole trick is to compose
great-soundin' music using just 4 channels.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Cannot point out the single tune. But I like compositions of Dizzy,
    Xtd, Chromag, Virgill and Vinnie.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Nope. AudioCD releases are the seperate part of my musical-activities.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Really can't think of some band that would give you good outlook for my
musical interests. I prefer blues, jazz and acid-jazz also some hardcore
    and hip-hop stuff.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Opportunity to meet great people, exchange experiences.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Yes.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Well, I am really disappointed aobut the type of music that has recently
dominated the scene. 80-90% tunes in every compo are techno-based tunes with
no melody or harmony at all. Nowadays it looks like you don't have to have
ear for music to become a musicians. Now it's all about the rythm. I really
don't like it and would like to see the sceners composing also other styles.

Greets fly to: Informer/ex.Appendix (for being my great scene mate and
favourite coder ever), Chromag (for composing tunes with me), Def/Floppy and
QIX/Floppy (for being great friend), Blaze/ex. Floppy (for missin' the way),
all in Appendix (for giving me chance to come back).
