1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

My interest in computers began with my stepbrother owning a Commodore C64,
it must have been the year 1985.

2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

I bought a Commodore C64 from my stepbrother, which I used for
programming, gaming and listening to music.

Later I bought an Amiga 500 which I used for gaming, listening to music,
programming, graphics making and for music composition.

Later I bought an Amiga 1200 which I used for the same purposes.

3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

Well, I didn't end up making music only as I have also made pictures in "Deluxepaint"
and machinecode programming with "Trash'm One", and some programming with the langugage "AMOS".
I coded an Intro/Dentro in machincode from scratch except the sourcecode for
the moduleplayer. And I used my own music and graphics for the product.

4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

Protracker, Screamtracker and Modtracker. I haven't used any of the in particular.

5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

Well, I composed a classical piece that was nominated by the IBM. In some ways
you can say, I had reached a goal but I on the other side still think I
havn't reached my goal yet !

6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

Bob Marleys "I shot the Sherrif" - I can't stand that (dead) guy !

7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

The music for demos and the games gives the atmospheric dimension to the product.
The music give us the emotional thrills and is therefore important for any
product that also has amusment purposes. In general music is one of the most important
componets of the reality for being a living individual.

8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

I still count myself for being a composer. Even I have made money on my music am
can't be taken for a professional, not yet !

9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

Well, midi tunes are not that impressive.
This question is a little tricky formulated; What I think of today's music
or what I think of todays music formats ?

10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

Well, I could mention several peices of music ranging from Mozart to Matt Gray.
I will mention Mr. Mozart's G-minor symphony number 40, the first and the
fourth movement and Matt Grays music to "The Last Nina II"

11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

Yes, I have such plans - I am in my beginning of my musical career !

12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

I listen to a vast range of bands and composers ranging from classical
composers to hits from the 80's to TranceMaster (4005)

13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

A lot of inspiration !

14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

I will be, if I can become a meber of Cryptoburners ! :-)

15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

In general I think the music from the times of the C-64 is great music, I
could mention several tunes. And it is still great music even compared to
professional music seen e.g. on the MTV I think.

I believe the musicians from the Demoscene to be really talented musicians
and in general I belive the whole culuture of the Demoscene to be a crowd of
talented individuals.

I will contiune to make music on computers when I have the time for it.
