  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Long time ago (think is was '85) my father brought home a C64. From that day and on computers have been one of my biggest interest.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Some C64's, various Amiga's, and then loads of PC's. I have too many actually. All still working like a clock! (Exept old PC's which you strip or scrap very fast). It's always been about gaming and music for me. Pleasure. Relaxation.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I always wanted (and still want to) be able to code. But I'm a lazy bastard so that wont happen. Gfx aint my cup of tea. I aint so brilliant at music either but I think it's fun and that's what counts. At least for me.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • ProTracker and Fasttracker for the win! Love those programs. SkaleTracker is quite nice and the one i'm using now.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Hmm, I don't think I've set up goals like that, since I'm making music for fun.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Several. I don't remember them...

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Like a goalkeeper. Damn you miss him if he's not there and damn you hate him if he performs badly. And lord you love him when he plays in perfect harmony!

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I still compose, but it's quite rare for me to pop out a tune now a days. And i'm still doing it for fun. I guess you can call me a casual tracker.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Midi and me have never been close friends, we tried but it was bound to fail. Apart from that I think quite highly of the music formats of today. Even tho I think there is more personality in the older ones, like .sid and .mod.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • There are many. Dexion demo tune, the game music from Flimo's Quest and many of Radix's chip tunes spring to mind. If I have to pick one I guess it would be "Hammastahna", a brilliant little chip by Radix.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Nope.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Sweet and Faith no More... To name a few. Mostly rock/hardrock but even some occasional synth/pop/electronic.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • I was never really involved in the c64/amiga scene in that sence that I was part of making cool demos/intros etc. I was the guy making music for fun, getting loads and loads of inspiration and ideas from the "big boys" who actually reached out among the masses.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Hm, no? Yes! Hrm. Dunno. I got it! My answer is "hardly" but as you can see I wish I had more time to be active.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Just a shout and some cheers to everyone involved! Especially to the ones that feel they are in the outskirts of the scene, may that be activity-, talent- or timewise. Without us there wouldn't be a frame around the core! ;)
