Just FYI: 4champ iOS mod player has been removed from AppStore late in 2017 because I could not get into terms with Apple Review about the use of third party material (i.e. the mods from in the app. It killed my inspiration to work on the project for a good while, but now I've started a github repository to build a brand new open source version of 4champ. There's not that much to share yet, but I've set up a development journal at where you can follow the progress. I'll also be posting about the development on my Twitter account @4champ_app so stay tuned!

Nice findings ... but this is all weird. First, I've trashed this Coman that was an obvious mistake by us Smiley
Now, I couldn't find much to back these music up with prods. Only one, which is a Warp prod, containing a Mytholog version of a music... but then, it is a memory rip _in the demo_ (!?).
Can't decide anything at this point.

Just found 'bonzai supremacy' by Iceman (.ch) and 'everybody pump in' by Mytholog are the same..

'label' by Iceman (.ch) is the same as 'prosperina' by Mytholog.

Just came across this mod by Mytholog called Brux Station.

I already have this same one under Iceman (.ch) called .amboly.  Amp also has them both, but also 3rd version under Coman with the same name, .amboly.. Looks like these 2 are by the same person, just a typo probably from the credits..

Any idea which one wrote it and what production it came from, if any?

I believe there's a reality where we could locate the musics listed in the partial results (hoping they were not tempered with by being released through a label or something). But that's 2/5 of them. Hence the request for this FTP dump Smiley

I've probably got a lot of these entries, but obviously not in their original archives.

A quick scan showed they still have a 1998 datestamp, but not all have a BMP2 credit in the texts... I imagine that Modland has most if not all though, cos they were probably included in my contribution back in the 2000s on the 4 dvd's I sent in.

If you need any I can always check them out more thoroughly.

I've written about this on Demozoo Slack channel but it makes sense to have a forum entry to follow this.
I've tried to locate all the entries that were made in the Blacktron Music Compo 1998. From what I can see from their old website (at, there are more than 500 (!) entries , split in 6 categories. Unfortunately, the image doesn't store the entries themselves, as they were stored on an outside FTP site (http:// Said ftp site was note archived it seems.
So, my request : if anyone has a dump of this site, please give a call. Menace agreed to mirror this on if this somehow surfaces back Smiley

Hello everybody!

I just wanted to let you know that my debut EP (under Melba alias) was released on July by Lemongrass Music. I thought I bump this here in case anyone might have missed it Smiley Pitchup magazine describes it as a "blend of funk, house, soul and 80's synth-pop" that combines electronics, vocals and real instruments. I think they pretty much hit the nail on the head there.

3 of the tracks are heavily remixed versions of my demoscene works (Human Traffic, Sushi Boys and Sunglasses at Night), while the other 2 songs are new compositions and made for this album.

There are few demosceners among the guests: PSK, Roberts (from Applause) and Dizzy.

EP is available to stream and download from all usual platforms, check it out here:

Visual part and simple lyrics videos were made by Slayer with a little help from AceMan.

You can follow Melba at:

Physical CD will be released in limited quantities on autumn. If you are interested in getting one, please let me know.
