Looks cool. Personally I would have the names on the tshirts with different kind of fonts. some of them could use fonts from rock bands, american universities, brand logos, etc.

Whoa, steady on, I'm not a font of fonts, y'know. The main problem, as far as I can see, would be finding room for the names. What with only being allowed 500 pixels across, and with seven names to fit in that space and still be legible, it might be a bit of a problem. Fitting them onto the shirts would be even worse, as well as having to sacrifice some of the detail for the sake of readability. Take Rob Hubbard, for example - where would I fit the words 'Rob Hubbard' in? A possible solution would be to draw them in in a pixel font above each head, which might just about do it, but it would alter the design quite radically, as well as introducing problems with showing up against background colour.

I've tested the name thing... room is critical but it could fit (I used 04b03 font, so no font from scratch here), and for readability vs design, I think they don't have to be readable at first glance, you could place them half invisible so the curious one leaning on his monitor might read.
something like this:

Wow - you beat me to it. I was just testing out my earlier theory, and came up with this.
(Font from scratch, like I said earlier.)
I think yours probably works better - it's less obtrusive, which is mainly what I was worrying about. I admit I hadn't thought of moving the image up and putting names underneath, which is a better idea - after all, there's all that free space at the top.

Glad it helped Yep, names on top IS really obtrusive, that kills the thing.

I think you're right. So... willing to do the rest of the image as well?

All right, how's this, then?
I'm not sure about the colours - I think it might be a little too invisible against the AMP background, but at least it's not obtrusive.

I don't think the black and white font would fit underneath, and I agree with Anarkhya - half invisible works best, so that it doesn't distract from the design, but can still be found if you want to know. Can that last one be my official entry? We just need three more people to pop up now!
