Comment

The style I have attempted to emulate is called minimalism. It's a little hard to explain, but basically you have repetitive patterns that go through gradual changes. A proper song would be much longer, have more patterns, and more gradual changes. To listen to this song properly, you should try concentrating on different parts of the song, and listen to the individual pieces as well as the sum of them. The song will sound different depending on how you listen. Note that this is an experiment. :)
