  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • It was around 1989/1990 when my father bought an A500 which was meant to be
used for his work. Actually he never used it because my brother and I where
always on it !! The first demo i've seen was RED SECTOR MEGADEMO... I wanted
to know how these guys made such a work (graphics, music, code)

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • None

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I've always been interested in music and I really fell in love with computer
    music when I've discovered soundtracker!!
I’ve also done some nice bitmap fonts used in Syndrome productions :)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Soundtracker,Noisetracker, Protracker V2.3b.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • if i had reach my goal I would have stopped music !!!
I think music is an endless quest. I've tried to focus on melodies.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • No, not really, they all mean something to me a feeling, a memory.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • The music gives the mood, the atmosphere, the style of a demo / game.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I'm still composing for leisure... I've also made some musics for puzzle
games and Nokia Serie 60 phones games

And I'm also a drummer in a blues band.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Useful.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Here are some tunes I really enjoy:
Knulla kuk by Moby (el mobo!)
    Cosmos.short by Dr. Awesome
    3D Demo1 by Julius
Chambers of Shaolin musics by Jochen Hippel

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Yes, its already done I've made:

    - an audio CD with some of my old amigatunes remastered (syndrome junction,
a sun rises a kimbo, moontrip) called Old skool
    - an audio CD with my actual compositions called strange wayz
    - an audio CD with my blues band called Blues n Rock

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • B.B King , Queen, Joe Satriani, Santana, Jimmy Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Franck
    Zappa, Dire straits, Placebo

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Friendship, fun , struggles, creation, that’s life !!!

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Retired from the scene since 1997 But if you are looking for a musician,
don't hesitate to contact me, I'm still composing in any format (midi, mods,
    xm, s3m, it, mp3, wav)

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Hellos to all my ex-contacts, and especially Anubis, Guille, Codac, Maf,
Zaac, Eagle, Falcon, Ghandy, Angelwings, Michaël and the rest...
