Vibrant is certainly NOT a _c64_ only group. It's a _music_ group, on quite a lot of different platforms.

As far as I can tell they seem to be Amiga and/or PC only. You can easily check for yourself following the http://noname.c64.org/csdb/ links I posted. There you can enter any name into a search mask (see top right corner) and filter the search by artist, group etc..
