Help needed: PC music disk to ripp!

If anyone has the time and/or expertise in ripping music out of PC music disks, could you please help us with the following release:

This has been already acomplished a while ago as I reported here.
The tunes can be obtained from the huge land of modules, just use the FTP link from below as this forum still cannot handle these properly.
