3NO or Vector or ??

From an .it module I got, it credits Elliott Noel (3NO) from MC6 Veteran compo entry. (Onetime pad.it).

AMP has his nationality as Finnish...

I have another module credited to Vector/3NO which makes it look like a Vector from the group 3NO.

Just checking these are the same people or are there 2 3NO' ?

That's a good point. I wondered when encountering the entries made by this Vector in the Trackering compos.
I think the SF, for AMP's Vector, is made up. Still, I can't say about a group 3NO or two individuals.
I'll stay on the lookout for an answer when finishing these Trackering things (#23 done).

Vector = 3NO, see module macarenaroni.it for proof. He is from Canada, his association with TPOLM  Kanada hints that. Also we know of another Vinlandia member who is from Canada as well.
