Can those pictures please stay where they belong (slengpung)? If I wanted any of them to appear on AMP, I would already have given them to you. Also, SM is not an ex-handle. Also, I don't think I ever used the handle "Jojo" ever anywhere in module texts without without also mentioning "Saga Musix" since it's a real-world nick, so that would be kind of obsolete.

Hi Saga,

I'm surprised about your request. Why do you want these pictures (or probably any other for that matter) to be only available on slengpung? The idea is to provide the interested module listener with as much information as possible that is legally and publicly available on the net.

No offense but I cannot understand the notion of people asking to remove information, pictures, modules and what not about themself when it is freely available at many other places in the web. If you are uneasy about personal data floating around the web shouldn't you have taken care of it a lot earlier in the first place? Do you care to explain your motivation?

Regarding the Ex.handles I do not only put nicks which appear inside modules but also prefixes from the module filenames which musicians often used to distinguish from other artists in the Pre-Windows era, and any other aliases which are not necessarily related to the module tracking scene. The idea is to provide as much information as possible which for example helps to identify the creator of a certain module when no explicit credits are given, and to give the interested reader an idea of other areas, projects, hobbies etc. the artist is/was interested or involved in.

Pictures on Slengpung are not indexed by search engines due to robots.txt, so they are far from "floating around freely" - this is not the case for AMP. I am not only speaking for myself but a lot of other musicians when I say that I find it horrible that pictures are taken from Slengpung to be added to more "official" scene databases. If you really think you need a picture of me on this site, use my ModArchive/last.fm picture, but not these. Slengpung is a party picture site, not a scener database to take pictures from.

Well, this is just your personal point of view. There is no such statement to be found on the Slengpung site anywhere.
As this seems to bother you so much I respect your request and remove the data from the forum altogether. Asle needs to take care of removing them from the database due to limited access rights.
