All right guys, there's some PC production I've been storing at home for later ripping (if possible). At the time I stored them, I tried to rip the music but failed for whatever reason, or simply didn't take the time to handle them.
I'm listing some of those here mainly to clear up my storage :) Also, maybe someone had a go at some of those and will save me the trouble .. heh

I'll update when needed depending on feedback. I'll add more also in time.

The 3 Realtech MD' i've had for years, kept them in the AMF format as they seem to play ok in modplug. Maybe Milkytracker can do a better job of converting them. Still a couple of seemed garbled but play somewhat better in milkytracker.

Tales from the Grave
Seems to play ok in milkytracker. Probably never kept them back then as there as nothing that would play or convert them?

Tiny Tunes
A few chiptunes by Benji, Axel and Rez (didn't have those)... :)

Marshmellow Dreams
Looks like the .GDM play ok in Milkytracker, only tried a couple..

Difference, Inferno & Nothing On
Unpacked the executables but didn't find anything. Not sure if the modules in these haven't been released as standalone modules as I noticed Ryan Cramer' Geometric Shadows in the Renaissance one.

No download link working for Drastic Scream.  All the others, beyond me.

And, I like that Speckdrumm musicdisk, some very nice .it modules from Omega in that one. Wonder if they have been ripped yet or released elsewhere?

From the file Expoze.nfo, included in the distribution:

*.cba  -  The music files in the Heretics CBA format
(CBA stands for Chuck Biscuits/Black Artist)

The .CBA format is actually supported by MilkyTracker. I asked/helped Pailes (author of MilkyTracker) back then to implement it.
The modules included in the production and their artists are as follows.

File Titel Artist
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Aftermix.cba After Sunset - MDisk Mix Jase
Endlsleg.cba Endless Legacy Myzer
Expointr.cba Journey's beginning Chuck Biscuits
Icftb.cba I can feel the Beat Hunz
Mirage.cba Mirage - Lightspeed II Void
  Mychild.cba My Child Jedi
  Ntrance.cba N'Trance Maral
  Panoram.cba Panoramica Chuck Biscuits
Reactive.cba Reactivate Force Format
  Release.cba Release me saNe
Virtuous.cba Virtuous Reason FireLight

Definitely MilkyTracker offers the best support for the AMF format by Otto Chrons. Pailes (MilkyTracker author) released a AMF2MOD converter back then which was already quite good but lacked support for all the iterations of the AMF format. AMF support then was considerably improved and implemented into MilkyTracker.

NOTE: Support for Otto Chrons AMF format is broken in MikyTracker v0.90.85/86, but works fine in v0.90.80. You can download it from MODLAND:

Oops, forgot this one.  I have most of these in .xm format apart from 2 in .mod format and 1 as .s3m.  No idea who ripped them originally but "converted" placed in file which is not visible in player.

Thanks, just checked these out. I already have these mostly in .s3m format, 2 or 3 in ftm/mod format.

I see. however, it's obvious the originals are S3M, thus, Milkytracker, while loading those correctly, still loses some letters in sample text (I just checked). Is there a chance a CBA->S3M proggy exists ?

same remark as for CBA. Is there (didn't check) and AMF->S3M proggy anywhere ?

I'm afraid the answer is no. Hence I was quite exited when Pailes agreed to add support for this format to MilkyTracker so I'm able to listen to the tunes outside of the Expoze musicdisk application.

I'm afraid the answer is... yes (hahaha). Though this converter has its flaws. Find it (MSDOS application) attached to this post.

All right. then another question. Do you know if this format is described anywhere ?

This I do not know, hence there's a chance these are conversions, too.
