I'm not sure if uploads are still enabled as there hasn't been much happening here, even during the pandemic, but it might be still working.

Uploads are of course still enabled. Axxy's answer is fine and you can submit anything at the given address.
Note, that I would prefer if you could upload archives that include both you contribution and a small text telling us at least who composed the material
