Is that really a real picture of JCH? I've met JCH a couple of times during for example at the Bergen Party 1990 and later parties too, and I really can't remember he looked like that? Is it my memory that is starting to fading throughout the years, or is it a wrong picture attached as to his profile?

This idea by Monty really caught my eye. Because, a download basket is something I would really love to see here on AMP!

Wouldn't it be great to have some sort of a download basket you could add songs to? With a simpler way of downloading songs from different composers etc, maybe even "download all" feature from artists?
Compress it as a zip file and just download. That would have been really nice, instead of clicking on each link for each song, which is a couple of hundred links to click if you want to download all the songs by Lizardking.

Anyway, a download basket would be really nice!

Either this is something you have historically exclude (maybe because other sites like modarchive.org already have it), or just the timing to implement stats and comments has not been right yet.

Personally, I like ratings and stats. And also the ability to leave comments on others work. And I would very much like to see that even here on AMP per song and artist.

However, it should be implemented without messing the layout too much (which other sites kind of failed doing).

I like the speed and simplicity in how things are listed and presented at AMP, but it would be also very nice if these features could be implemented without making too much impact.

I've started on a few songs, but it's not finished. However - Yesterday, I watched the last episode of "Prison Break", so hopefully now I'll spend more time now in the music studio rather than wasting time watching TV.

First time I've seen Chris's last name being spelled like that, Hülsbeck. Always thought it just was Huelsbeck that was his real last name.

Did Chris ever compose any module on the Amiga? I mean, of course he is very famous for doing the Turrican soundtracks etc, but wasn't that in another player/file format than mod?

Do you support that format/song files in the AMP database?

Are TBL planning to release anything on the Amiga?

TBL always plan to release new things, but time invested in making prods nowadays vs time spent at work/with family/doing other irl stuff does most of the time fall in favour of the last choice.
By how it looks right now, TBL are nowhere near a new Amiga demo release in the very short future. Things do tend to change very quickly, though, if the coders suddenly gets a burst of motivation and spare time.

Currently working on a C64 demo (coding+gfx+music), also working on a new homepage (code+gfx+music). Some (music) involvement in a Amiga demo project - that sadly might end up unreleased if the coders don't wrap things up. Starting to get involved in making music for a Amiga port of good old Turrican to Nintendo DS. Might contribute in a new Amiga Slideshow with a good old fashion Protracker module. And working on a few Flash website games (code+gfx+music). Besides all that, composing a lot of different tracks for a future planned PC music disk (concept is ready, lacking some code+gfx atm). And, trying hard to get a few dance/trance tracks released through labels to webshops etc.

I had the ST disks collection as part of the good old Amiga SoundTracker release.

If I remember correctly, there was about 6-8 different ST-xxx disks with samples and one ST-00 containing songs (that required the ST-xxx sample disks to load in the instruments).

Unfortunately, that bulk of disks propably went into the trashcan when I moved from Norway a few years ago, hopefully someone else still have them laying around. Good luck in the hunt!
