Currently the forum application doesn't recognize FTP links, it always adds a leading "http://" which renders FTP links broken. E.g like the one I used to have in my signature (f t p : / / f t p . m o d l a n d . c o m) which I just temporarily removed. I hope this can be fixed?

Hi,
BBCode matter I guess. Couldn't find anything in the settings, so far.
Monty, Crown, any luck ?

Well, as it modland it isn't really an issue, is it?! :)

well, forget modland. we just can't publish links on ftp. This _is_ a problem.

I don't quite understand the notion of your post. I hope you don't have any hard feelings towards Modland, or do you? :)

Old matter better left alone, please, or in private. I personally have no pb with Modland, but it's just me.
The point remains, however, as i do happen to want to link on ftp.amigascne.org. So, the feature is clearly missing. Still couldn't find anything to fix or set that up in any part of the admin.
I'm sorry I can't help, presently.

Deus-ex,
That was just a private joke. ;)

Ok, thanks, I'm relieved then. There's no need to have any unresolved issues between both. I did not want to steer up a fire but to settle any unnecessary rivalries.
Thank you, Crown. :)
