  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I got interested in computers when I was about 8 Years old, my stepfather had
a Philips P2000C portable computer wich i toyed with, then my stepsister got
a C64 wich got me playing games all day long :) That was about 1985 I think.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Hmm let me see, I had the P2000C wich i did some Basic programming on, then I
had the C64 wich I played games on and watched Demo's. Then I had a Laser
Computer for a month or 2 wich I used to learn some more Basic :)

At that point I bought an Atari ST wich I used mainly for Pixeling with DPAINT2
and Degas Elite2, I also used Protracker ST for mods. In 1994 I bought a PC
and started making mods with FT2. Nowadays I dabble a little in Photoshop and
make ASCII art for some ppl. Mods are not in the picture atm but i will be
    doing some more.....

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • No reasons really I love doing both Music and GFX and I wasn't really
    particularly good at codig.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Protracker2, FT2, Chipmon, Insignia TriMOD, Buzz and a little Cubase

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • That would be 'Mindphuck' I think though it was never released because it was
for a 3D rendering video-reel of a friend of mine. It captured the atmosphere
very nicely and was technically nice to do.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Bombtrak, it was done in an hour at a party in Germany for a 96k-tro..
Ironically the name was decided BEFORE the compo although it blew up the
    Speakers at the compo :)

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • It sets the mood and really can get my heart racing if it complements the
    visuals well

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Leisure composing stopped about 3 years ago, no time to do it, though i do
    miss it sometimes

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • It's great, thoug I always loved what you could do with only 3/4 voices at your
    disposal.. it fed creativity

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • hmm difficult, 'daisy chain' was one I always loved

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • definately not

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Pfff, everything and everything from Lamb to Kyuss, from Rammstein to Kraftwerk,
from Frank Sinatra to Bastian you name it... Everything is pallatable :)

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Nothing much really, never was much in that scene, I was an Atarian mostly
with friends in the Amiga scene; though I never was 'at war' :D

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Yes, mostly doing ASCII art and doing personal stuff for ppl.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • My good friend Zeme, Shiva, Synergy, The Giants, Sentry, DBA, Jovis and lots
    of others ...
