  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • It must have been around 1980/81 somewhere. I got my first computer and
    attended a course in BASIC.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • ZX81: Programming (BASIC) and Entertainment (Games)
Oric-1: Programming (BASIC) and Entertainment (Games)
C-64: Programming (BASIC, Assembler), Music and Entertainment (Demos & Games)
Amiga: Programming (Assembler), Music and Entertainment (Demos & Games)
I presently own a C-64 and some PC's. It's mainly Music and Entertainment
    these days.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx,
  • coding?

I am more of a coder than a musician, actually.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • On C-64 I used Sound Monitor and a program I wrote myself, which was based
on Rob Hubbard's format and replayer. On Amiga I used ProTracker v2.x,
since that is the program I helped develop! :-)

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • I have not reached it, nor have I set any goals in particular.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • I can't remember there being one.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music should add atmosphere, whether it be a demo or a game.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I'm not doing original composing, but I have done some remixes of other
peoples' work every now and then.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • I have done a few general MIDI tunes which have been well received. The
remixes I've made have been released in mp3 format. General MIDI is a nice
and compact format, albeit a bit limited. mp3 is really nice though.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Oh boy, this was a tough one. I will have to trust my memory here... How about Musiklinjen (from Phenomena's "Enigma"), Klisje Paa Klisje,
Guitar Slinger, No Guitar, Mystikal Vibes, Listen, Kakofonia, Fullmoon
Rock, Space Debris? The list goes on..

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • No.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • U2, Radiohead, Gavin Friday, Tom Petty, Hooters, ...

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • A lot of joy and world fame. :-)

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • No.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • I'd like to greet all Noxious members and all my friends from the good old
    days.

    I think that is all..
