  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • That was for sure a long time ago... My friend got his first Spectrum
and after some time he bought a C-64, it was back in 1986 or something.
Anyway, I also bought the good old C-64 and had a great time with it...

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Well, first I had that C-64. I played of course games (who didn't ;-))
and later I also got interested in the scene and tried to do some swapping.
Back then it was a bit hard because my English wasn't so good (I was only
11 years old...). Then when Amiga was introduced I bought it. Then I started
to swap more seriously and well, that lasted for really many years...
A bit later I also started to compose music. Nowadays I have a Pentium
(it's just funny to remember how much I indeed hated PC back in the old
    Amiga days, heh...).

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • You just should see my old drawings and then you wouldn't ask that, heh...
Seriously, I've always been more into music so the choice was quite an
    easy one.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • With Amiga I used SoundTracker and later Protracker. With PC I use
    FastTracker and Rebirth.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Dunno, from the older tunes I liked the ones released in the Scrapers
Musicdisk, but later they started to sound like crap... Maybe the
chip-tunes I used in my own packs were the best ones...

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • One quite unfinished one was used in one Delicious intro...

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • In a demo music is as important as code and gfx. Together they all form
the overall design of the demo. In some games music isn't so important,
but for some it's really an important part of creating the right
athmosphere (like in Grim Fandango for example...).

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • A bit, mainly for my own pleasure but of course I might someday join
some pirate-group to spend lazy retirement days, heh....

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Mp3 is really a nice way to trade music over the internet.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Klisje Paa Klisje by Walkman, Digiexpress by Shorty, nearly every tune
made by Bruno, Julius (ex-Mad Freak), Dizzy & Heatbeat. From the more
recent composers I like Radix, Elwood & Dune.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Nopes!

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • List would be a huge one, but names you asked, names you got:
Propellerheads, Beastie Boys, Prodigy, RedHotChiliPeppers, Beck,
Apollo440, Cypress Hill, Jimi Hendrix, Depeche Mode, U2, Chemical Brothers,
    Moby, Primal Scream etc etc...

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • A lot of good memories, pretty good english, friends, friends & friends.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • No. I stopped my scene activities in 1996.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • A big hello to all my old contacts and group mates!
Feel free to contact me! (especially old Delicious doods...)
