  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • It was probably in '87 or '88. A friend of mine had a VIC-20, and we'd spend
lots of time on it programming and playing. My father also had a PC at work,
some IBM variant with monochrome screen.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • My first "own" computer was an Amiga 500. I used that for playing games,
and listening to and composing music. I remember Protracker 2.3 fondly.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I'm not very talented with the gfx, though I could do at least something
decent given enough time. As for coding vs. music I don't know for sure,
but it probably has to do with the fact that I come from a musical
family, and plays a lot myself.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • As I mentioned before, Protracker. Version 2.3 would be the particular
in this case. Nowadays I sometimes try to play with ModPlug Tracker, but
it's not nearly as intuitive (or maybe I just don't know it well enough
    yet).

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Oscillation remix, which is one of the very few modules that survived my
hard disk crash, is my favourite, by far.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Well, maybe there are a few, but they haven't been released, so I'm not
    too obsessed with it.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • It's essential. Sound and music is what speaks directly to your
emotions, so I'd say it's important.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Not much at all. I'd like to, but to raise the willpower (not to mention
the cash) to buy a new computer with everything necessary to make music
    is hard.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Pass.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Off the top of my head, the "older" music that I remember most: The
music from Enigma by Firefox and Tip. 3D Demo Tune by Mad Freak. Free
from guitar by Bruno. Overload by Mantronix and Tip. Elekfunk by Moby.
Attitude, Nassum-Pelmiti and Lovefunk by Nuke. Assembly '94 invitation
by Purple Motion and Injector by Zodiak.

More recent tunes must mention Elwood (Sick on Monday, Feats of valor
etc.), most of the Five Musicians and Thomas E. Petersen (Laxity, but
    not the Kefrens one).

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • No. They wouldn't fill a CD anyway. :)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listening to?

  • Lots. Dream Theater. Spyro Gyra. Morcheeba. Toto. Incognito. Kraftwerk.
    Vangelis. Tower of Power etc.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Some great awe-inspiring moments.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • I actually never was very active to begin with, but now it's down to
    zero.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • As stated before, "my" Triangle isn't the same as the "other" Triangle.
We were three guys who named our group even before we knew there was a
demo-scene (our first idea was to make games), and not until much later
we discovered there was another group with the same name.
