1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

1981 my oldest brother buyed an Sinclair ZX80 with 1KB of memory,
we started programming basic on it immediatly, after the first "aha"-effect
(Cool, it does what i want) it was my only hobby.

2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

PC (1.2GHz, 640MB, and so on) for Java/Html-Programming
A4K (060/50&PPC604e) Assembler and Demos
A4KT (030/50) Server

3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

I only did a little bit music, my main interest ist coding and a little bit gfx.

4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

Sidmon, Sidmon II, Protracker, Oktamed, Digibooster, and so on ...

5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

None.

6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

Baobap from C64. Sounds awful ! (Speech-Basic)

7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

Very important, for example for the Trackmo "Static Chaos" (The Silents)
i timed everything to the coool music from Bass.

8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

No, only coding.

9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

MP(EG/3), Wave quality good, but to big, Midi is cool but noone really uses
samplebanks. Fasttracker is neat.

10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

M.U.L.E ! ;-> Giants Theme, IK+, Last Ninja Tunes, Kettle, Shades,
and many many more, especially SID and ProTracker-Mods.

11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

Nope.

12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

Mostly Mainstream, else Industrial.

13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

Many good feelings.

14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

Yeah, the Silents German Division will soon be back.
