  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Some of my best friends have a c64. in 1987 when I was 13 years I wish me this great one, too.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Like my answer before my first computer was the legendary C64. first I was playing games and
later programming some little basic codes. In 1989 I got the Amiga 500 and it was for a long
time my baby. I did anything what you can do with it. playing, gfx, coding and finaly composing
    music ;-)

Since 1997 I am slave of microsoft ;-) now, I do all with the pc and doing music with it, too.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I have never end up doing music but I stopped with mods. the reason was that I began to work
with midi instruments. first I had a litte casio keyboard with integrated midi interface and
then a Roland U-20. I tryed the Bars & Pipes Soft but the timing was awful. so I bought me an
Atari 1040ST and used the steinberg soft.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I tryed some tracker as the octalyzer, futurecomposer etc. , but most used piece of music-soft was
    the protracker.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • As I started composing own music the mods were a great beginning but my best tunes were done
in 1994. I can not decide which one of them was my best, caused I liked them all ;-)

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • In the beginnig my composings were really bad. sorry, I don't want like to remember it.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • In a demo/game the music does the mood, so I think it has a high value.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes I do, but only for my pleasure.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Today many people can do their own music with simple or complex music soft. the methodes changed,
cause the opportunities are massive grown. But the real scene shout "8Bit-Style rulez!" ;-)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • I have no favourites.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Never a cd with my old mods!

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • I still like the 80-90s music.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • The amiga scene was great. at this time I got to know some of my best friends and we all loved
the scene. it was a funny time and it will be in my mind forever.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • no :-(

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • The scene never dies!
