  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I started way back when I was twelve years old.
I started on a IBM 286 and Qbasic. Ah, memories.......

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • IBM 286 mostly for games and Qbasic.

Amiga 500+ w/HD used mostly for music composing with OctaMed and cellphone
    testing.

AST 486/33 PC general system for music and cellphones etc.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Well, frankly I suck at gfx and coding, but i was born with a ear for music
I can listen to a song and remember the notes... :p

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Qbasic, Octamed Amiga, Madtracker/Fasttracker/Modplug/OctamedPC and who knows
    what else...
I use Fasttracker most of the time on the PC, on the Amiga it's only Octamed.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Well. Guitar Kinki I composed on the Amiga was the one the one I think.
I'm most pleased with the way everything fit together.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • All the temporary songs I got laying around here, I hate all the unfinished
    stuff.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • A lot, it gives a complelty different experience.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I'm still composing, and for myself mostly.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Qualitywise they are better naturally, but it's harder to please people with
    "classic" computer music...

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • "shinin' ol' boots" no clue who made it, it's either from a game or a demo on
the Amiga. All the stuff by fby (Fabio Barzagli) he rocks!

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • I already have done such a non-commercial one. No plans on commercial releases.
    It's just a hobby :)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Everything except Heavy metal and opera.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Inspired me to music and let me express myself thru the music.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • No, fraid not.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • oh yes! ;) i wanna greet Rescator, Mijk, Dj Origo, and all the Amiga
composers out there. keep up the good work guys and girls. :)

    That's all.....
