  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Commodore 64 - dunnot remember how I got interested. Probably because a
friend of mine got one for x-mass. This was around 1985-1986

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • I have had a c64, amiga500, amiga1200 and a PC - I did music all the way,
but is now working as a game graphics artist

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • ;-) I am now doing gfx - so... I guess it is pretty much the same to me - as
long as I am able to create something

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Electrosound (c64), Soundmon (c64), soundtracker (amiga), protracker (amiga),
    music-x (amiga), cakewalk (pc)

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • None

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • As a creative and friendly person - only out to learn new things and have
    fun together with others

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • A must! It is a complete package with technology, music/sfx and gfx. Nothing
    works without the others

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I have had to stop composing - as I am working fulltime with gfx - and this
    fulfills my creative needs

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • I like it . but I must admit that the old tracking had its charme. But now
one can focuse more on composing rather than technical stuff. Some of the
scene has dissapeared though - as it was a quite small and cosy group before -
    where everyone "knew" eachother.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Tim Follins work is genreally great. Walkman from the scene is also a alltime
    favourite!

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • not that I know of ;-)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • I listen to all kind of music while I work. Lots of pop music. I also love
    Pat Metheny!

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Lots of good friends - which I still keep in touch with today. It was also a
uniqe oportunity to publish my work on a global basis - which is quite
fantastic. It also stimulated me to continue working with computers. A
    fantastic time!

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Nope - but as I mentioned above - I keep in touch with people I know from
    the scene.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Say hello to Tim, Adam, Wojtek and all others that I know which might be
    reading this ;-)
