  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I started out wanting a computer for games and phun, but parents send me to a
basic coding course. this had me not even seeing games anymore and started
assenbly coding on the C= 64, this all began in the year 1986 ;) ten i was.. :)

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Laser 500 - Learning basic coding ;)

    C= 64 - Coding(asm) / Composing / Swapping / Organising / phreaking

Amiga - Little bit coding (asm / amos) / MUCH composing / swapping / Organising /
    Phreaking.

pc 486 / pentium - Little coding (tp)/ Composing / Work (eheh made that hobby
    payed)

pc + / Coding (scripting perl / vb etc ) / Composing / Working (akak network
    engineer)

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • welzz i had a hardtime getting the 68000 asm in the finger and started composing
more and more. now i cannot stop making music anymore, turning more proffesional
    day by day ;)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • wheheh all them, all the find the perfect interface. here we go.

c64 time - future composer, dmc etc
Amiga - protracker 1.1b, protracker 3(late use), octamed, bars and pipes.
pc trackers - Fast, impuls, ram, ast emu 8000, buzz, mad & noice
    pc sequenters - Cakewalk.

now i mostly use, cakewalk, madtracker & noice tracker.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • i think that i never had that feeling. i allways wanted that $100.000 studio..

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • that would be the one with the clock. saddam virus crapped out my amiga and
then i did a complete redo in a day. but it was never the same again.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • the music in a game if composed correctly, it gives the ambiance. the final touch.
A game can look bad or good but if the music or sounds suck.... take dune II from
amiga that sweep ruled. or cybernoid on C= 64

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • i am composing for semi pro hobby. with a pulsar II and a korg ms2000 soundsystem

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • yeaah.. welzz i has a hard time to give that good ol' scene feeling. net feeling
    can never replace scene feeling.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • i wish i could, too much to name

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • yupz. but we allready done that. ;)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • all trance / club / techno.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • my future of who i became and am now. all my knowledge of computers found its
fundamentals in coding asm on c64 and amiga and composing on those machines.
i now work in it too. it definitly is the biggest fundament anyone ever could
wish for. daily i see how this has improved / enhanced my live.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • welzz. scene ,,.. scene ,,,,... what scene..,.,. everone had their own scene,...

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • YUpz. da greetz not in any order..

Mayhem (!RAMP!) , Mirage (!RAMP! / Raccoon) , Dazzler (Raccoon), Alf (NDC),
    Cobra (NDC), Nantco Bakker (NDC)

yow bro's it was phun. and i will do it over again in a sec. Thanks bro's and
    Bru's
