Date of birth:

1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

I started with a VIC-20 in 1983.

2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

I started with a VIC-20 in 1983 (playing and coding games). in 1987 i got my first C-64 (playing games) and changed to amiga 500 in 1990. 1993 i got my amiga 1200 with 400MB-HD (composing, graphic-design, coding, work). 1997 i got my first mac (quadra 840AV) on which i used professional sequencing and digital imaging software. the first windows-machine moved in in 2000 (professional music, digital imaging, layout, work). now i'm back on mac (mac book dual core in stylish-white)

3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

The guys said, that i was better in that :)

4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

Protracker, deluxe paint III

5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

Summerwind, sand in her hair, the contest, norababe, sun'n'fun, sundiary, starrynights

6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

A lot of my first tries :)

7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

I think music count 33,33%. 33,33% GFX, 33,33% coding

8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

I compose a lot of house and minimal tracks; some have been released on vinyl in germany and switzerland. i also compose music for grand prix freestyles in horsedressage (krmusiken)

9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

I think some homemade music is better than the commercial, popular stuff.

10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

Mod: asphalt jungle (heatbeat), the war (audiomonster), all tunes from "elvira mistress of the dark 1", enigma (phenomena - firefox & tip)

11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

I wish i had the time...

12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

Dendemann, billy idol, underworld, eric prydz, fergie, madonna, ozzy osbourne, slayer

13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

Some good friends, fun, creative life, inspiration

14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

No, i don't have the time...
