Clark Group: Secretly! Date of birth: 29/06/1975 It started in the year 1984. My parents bought me a < with datasette and full 16kb memory. At this time I was 9 years old. Of course we played much games in the beginning, but after I found out what a listing is I created my first ASCII-pictures. Two years later I had an Apple II. As the OS was on every disk and I liked to experiment I Germanized the OS just to understand the system. Later I learned AppleBASIC by myself. Then I noticed that the Apple II was not wide spread and all my friends had a C64, so I also wanted to have one. Of course I coded for a while in BASIC, later I used assembler. As it was very easy to train a game I loved the job to find some Pokes. :) Now and then I typed out some programs and some time there was a musicprogram and I don't had to rip sounds no longer but could be creative by myself. Later the Amiga came into my life. Amiga is still there and I will remain true to it! see answer of question one hmm...there is no special reason, but I think it maybe suits me. I do graphics and code in about 45 percent of my free time. Soundtracker, MED, OctaMED, Protracker, AHX, DigiBOOSTER Audiomaster, TechnosoundTurboII, 303emu2, SamplitudeOPUS As I like to criticize myself and find nearly everything bad, I think I had never reached my goal. But to be honest I think MERMAIDS was quite succeeded. LOVEMACHINE -> no comment, its puke (and already deleted :) I think the evaluation of music is up to 50 percent. Think about flying through a meteoritshower in a science fiction adventure and you have to get out of the way of the meteorites while aliens are shooting at you...and you listen to a pianotune. bah, the whole atmosphere is gone for a burton. And thats the same thing with demos. Now and then a quiet passage and slamming sound with the right effect. To compose in a professional way I have to invest a bit more. At the moment I've got a KORGM3R and a YAMAHACS1X, so you see I need more equipment for this. But it's a hobby for me, of course. MP3: I don't like it because of the possibility of downloading tunes in a very easy way, so the producer and the people behind earning nothing. But I think to be a musician is still an occupation and the people have to live! WAV: fucking pc-format :) MIDI: is needed to create professional music. hmm...there are quite a lot. Here is an extract: Melomaniac - TwistedCinema Counterpoint - Theme from Counterpoint FBY - ??? Jogeir Li. - ??? Chris Huelsbeck - ??? DAX Ravebusters - EXTREMIA Thunder - ??? Elwood - Experience Elwood - Onefineday Falcon - ugly duckling Falcon - my spring Wayfinder - ??? Temporary not. ;( Mainly those who create sensibly trance: Rank1 Kai Tracid Aquagen Mauro Picotto etc. The scene gives me big friendships and of course a lot of fun. I think this is the same opinion as every scener has.. :) Yes, I'm still active. Sometimes I thought about quitting the scene but always I recover myself to carry on. Anyway Scicco motivates me very much. Greetings: Loaderror/Ephidrena Booster/Loonies Azure Loonies Nature Haujobb Potion RNO Wayfinder Darkage Lubber/Padua - Great idea DC64 Secretly!
