  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • --

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • My first computer was an Oric Atmos. I start coding very small prog in
basic:) But I gamed a lot with Mushroom Mania for who knows... After, I
had a To7. I had an Amiga 500 too, and I start code with AmigaBasic and
Amos, and I make music with The original SoundTracker:) After, I buy an
Amiga1200 and bought a PPC card. Now I am principaly on PC (shame on me:)
    (code+music+gfx)

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I always did music, code, and Gfx. Because when you start doing Demo, you
want always test your effect with Gfx and Sound:) Now, I code for my job,
so when I come back to home, I am not motivated to code more! I can only do
Music or Gfx, or you come crazy! Moreever, I trip when I make music:)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I used SoundTracker, Startrekker, NoiseTracker, Protracker, and FastTracker.
Now I use Octamed Soundstudio because I use MIDI now. It is less ergonomic
than the others, but I have really no choice! This is the only Midi tracker
with Midi Synchro Clock that works! Psycle seems very good, but the MIDI
Synchro seems Buggy (on my Configuration at less!)

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Pfew! I don't know! I love all my module in fact! :))
When I don't love my module, I delete it!

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • --

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music is very important in a demo, it puts the ambiance and the rythme.
Music is 50% of a demo.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes! Now, I make music for play it in LiveAct (1h mini). It is very tripping
when people dance and scream on your music! For the demos, I leave
    Unison^Ukonx make it !

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Héhé, I make Tracker+MIDI->Mp3 now, so it's cool! The more important is that
you must do YOUR music, and not copy!

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • --

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • I have already made my audio Cds, and I give It to all my friend.. I dream
to have my music in shop. But I don't known whether I'll make my own (white)
Label (and find a Distributor) or find an Independant Label.. I just known
It is hard and expensive to be in shop!

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • in techno music : Cari Lekbush"Det jag vet"
in trance / goa : many people!
In trip hop : SneakerPimps,Archive, death in vegas, Portishead, Massive
    Attack,trikky, morcheeba..
in pop or rock : DepecheMode since 101 but not the calm songs
    Muse
    Lacuna Coil
    Madrugada : industrial silence
Sixteen Horsepower : Sackcloth 'n' ashes
    black sabbathn, doors, metallica, pantera
    Noir Desir
    linkin park
    rammstein
    mass hysteria

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • It gave my "love" to demo and computer. It permitted too to meet very cool
    people too.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Yes, I hope we make a demo for this summer. I will only do the code. I just
    need motivation and time!

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...
