  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Probably around 1985 or something like that. I don't know what triggered it.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Lambda 8300,C-16, C-64 & Amiga 500. Sold them all

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I've been playing the piano since I was 7 years old, so it was a quite natural choice.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Different versions of Soundtracker and Noisetracker

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Hm.. I sure hope to reach it some day.. That would be the day..

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • Hmm.. I don't know..

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • For me it is very important. I remember the tunes and musicians from most
games, but only a few of the programmers..

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes. I am composing for leisure only. I would like to compose professionally. But at present
time I haven't got the time nor money. When I have got my masters degree and a job, I hope to be able
    to buy the proper equipment.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • The standarts have become more advanced than in the old Amiga days, but the musicians are less
skilled. The soundeffects in todays games are stunning I think though.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Theres is a lot... On C-64 there is:

Green Beret, Ocean Loader etc. / Martin Galway
    Ghost'n'Goblins / Mark Cooksey
    Deflektor / Ben Daglish
    Wizardry & Fairlight/ Mike Alsop

    - and a lot of tunes from Rub Hubbard who was probably my greatest source of inspiration:
Warhawk, Delta, Sanxion, Last V8, One man and his druid, Crazy Comets and the pretty weird title of Knuckbusters etc.

My favourites on the C-64 are problaby
Supremacy and Cybernoid II / Joergen Tell

On Amiga it is Probably Cybernoid II but it is hard to say which one

The most skilled musician on the C-64 was probably Thomas E. Petersen (Laxity)

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • No. Not at the moment. But it would definitely be interesting and I hope to
    do it some day.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • None particulaly really.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • A lot of funny memories from copyparties and stuff, but I don't
    miss it that much.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Not particulaly.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • All the guys with whom I used to be swapping wares and of course to all
former and present members of Warfalcons
