  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • My interest for computers start when i was 7 years old, in (1978+7=) 1985.
My first computer was a TO-9, and i immediately feel in love when i saw i could
change the colors of the screen with the "screen" Basic instruction :).

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • I had a TO-9, and after that, an Amiga 500, and after an Amiga 1200.
With the To-9, i do programs and little musics. With the Amiga, i do code,
    music and gfx.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Music on computer is for me easier than gfx or code. I do a lot of asm routines, but
i never used it in a demo, because it is very difficult for me to work in the
abstraction of mathematics. I'm more sensitive than mental.

About gfx, i prefer to draw on paper with a pen. It is my work now.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I start with SoundFX on Amiga 500, then with Protracker, finally with Digibooster,
and MusiLline for samples arrangements on Amiga.

I do some musics with Fastracker on PC, and now i'm exploring MadTracker.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • I never reached my goal, or always :) All my musics are differents for me.
I work with my intuition, so i never know what music i'll do.
A module is a way, not a destination.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • One of my tunes, or another tune? About my tunes, i don't like all them,
but i don't want to forget anyone.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music is for the ears, and gfx is for the eyes... A demo or a game is a global
thing and i can't separate music and gfx saying "one is more important than an
    other".

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • For the moment, i've no time for music. I'm just doing some experiences with mad
tracker. Last year, i learn to read and compose music on paper ("solfege" in
    french...).

Perhaps one day i will composing professionally, but it is not the moment.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Mpeg, wave, midi are not piece of music, but only formats to stock musics, so i
    don't understand your question.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • I like a lot of tunes in different styles. All which are made with the heart.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Yes, but i don't take the time.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • I recently bought a cd of "Gong".

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • It learn me not to be lost in this world where computers taken so much
    importance.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • No.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • I just want to say the Earth is is danger if we continue to live like we do.
We are 6 000 000 000 poeple in this planet, and if we continue to live in a
capitalist system, we will consume all planete resources and we will die.
Hello to all poeple who read this :). Bye!
