  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • it was in 1982, I was addicted to videogames and very proud with my
    colecovision. but one day
a friend of mine invit me to see his computer. it was a ZX Spectrum and I
    was really fill with
wonder with this thing and coding became quickly a passion. so I asked my
    parents to do an effort
to buy me at least a ZX81. Today I'm system administrator. that would never
    have been possible
if I didn't have all these computers in the past...

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • ZX SPECTRUM+, C64, AMSTRADCPC, ATARI ST, AMIGA 500, AMIGA 600, AMIGA 1200 &
    CD32...
coding until I own the Amiga 500 and a friend of mine show me how to make
    noise with Soundtracker.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I was also coding and doing gfx

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Soundtracker & Protracker

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • I never reached my goal because I did not have objectives. I was doing this
    because it was
a passion and adored to spend my time in front of my computer.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • each of them are a part of my stade of mind of the moment. even if some of
    them are
    awful.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • it add rythm to the code...I really enjoyed the last amiga demos where the
code is synchronized with the music.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yes I'm composing for my leisure, I make also remixes for remix64.com.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • today they are a lot of tools to do music, and with mpeg and wav we can't
    see anymore how
the musician did a fantastic effects...not for copying, but just to learn
    and progress.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • there is too much of it. I like the very first mods of the amiga. they make
    me dreams.
I can remember hearing them on my walkman at school..

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • no.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • 30 seconds to mars, The used....

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • you can't imagine...lot of things...music was a passion but the amiga gave
    me the
possibility of making music and of course learning to do it.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • I'm doing some covers of C64 musics.
