Group: No group for the monent ;-)
(but some years ago : The Spiders, Black Power,...)

Date of birth: the 20th September 1972

  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I played with the C64 when I went to my Uncle in... 1983 ;-)

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Amstrad CPC464 (1986), Amstrad CPC6128 (1987), Amiga 500 (1988),
    Amiga 500+ (1992) and... Amiga 1260T in March 2000 ! ;-) That's all, never
PC or Mac ! ;-) I've always done : programms, graphics and musics on my
computers (near playing games and showing demos of course :-)

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • In fact, I started to code with Amstrad, started to draw with my first Amiga
and just after to try compose musics (in 1990...). I started to compose musics
because I love the music on Amiga, so I tried ;-)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • First SoundTracker & NoiseTracker and after ProTracker (the most).

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • 'El-Golea' in 1994 :-)

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • My first mods because they were not music ! ;-))

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • It's very important for the atmosphere/ambiance. Many of demos have success
    mainly with their music.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • No, not enougth time :-( but probably in some months (I will try ;-)

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • They have not the feeling of the 'classic' amiga modules ! ;-)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • The famous 'Global Trash 3 v2', 'klisje paa klisje', '1989-a number',... and
    recently 'Wings' (from Neurodancer).

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • No, I don't think, I have already some tapes ;-).

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Texas, Blur,...

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • All ! especially creativity ! :-)

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • mmmmh... yes ! ;-)

I'm the author of the 'Annuaire Amiga Francophone' : The List of the
french Amiga Users around the world (http://www.annuaire.amiga.tm)
and I'm writer for the french paper Amiga magazine 'PLANETamiga'

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Never stop to believe on Amiga ! Never stop to create, code and compose
on Amiga ! :-) Amiga is not dead and will really come back (this year 2001
is really the future of Amiga :-) Wait and see... ;-)

And continue to send your musics to Crown and Curt Cool for their great
    AMP ! ;-)
