  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • 1986, my father bought a c64

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • c64- played games, Amiga- Maid music and stuff, PC- Making music
    and programming.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Well.. I have always been very interested in music so I didn't really have an
option but to compose on my computers.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • On amiga I used Sound-Tracker and later Pro-Tracker, on the PC I use
    Fast-Tracker

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • I don't think I have reached it yet, but in two new unreleased modules
I have made on the PC where I think I'm at the peak of my ability for now.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • :) There are alot of tunes I have made in the past that I rather forget
I will not make a list coz it would just be too many.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Well.. just turn the music off next time you look at a demo and you
will discover that it all turns pretty boring. I wold say it's 50%
    of the experience.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I wouldn't say that I do it professionally now but I used to in the past
nowadays I compose mainly for fun and personal use.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • What can I say .... Some good, some bad :)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • It depends on how you see things... You can't really compare Amiga mods
with PC music coz of the limited channels on the Amiga. I guess Guitar slinger
by Jorgen Liljedahl(?) on the Amiga, on the PC I really don't have any favorites but I really
like some of the tunes I have heard.

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • I have already made a CD called 'CORONA' with new music and old remastered
    finished in Dec 1998

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • I listen to a lot of different styles of music like
Pink Floyd, Vangelis, Jarre, Foo fighters and so on.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Well I grew up in it ... I was about 12 years when we got the 64
and from there on it went to the Amiga were I was most active
in groups like The Silents, Rebels and some others.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Well :) not really but I wouldn't mind to be.. I haven't got any offers to
    make music on the PC.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • I would like to say hi to Olof'Blaizer'Gustavsson and all the others
in Digital Illusions all old Silents and Rebels members...
