July, 1970 1982 I got my first computer. A Sinclair ZX81. I started coding BASIC since there was no other option;-) 3 month later my father brought a VC20. And another 3 month later I got a C64 with Datasette. It took terrible long 3 years to get a 1541, too;-) In the end of 1987 I started with 6502 assembler and finished my first intro with raster interrupts and stuff like that. In Summer 1988 I got a AMIGA 500. 1990 I got my first Harddrive with A.L.F.-Controller. 1992 I bought an A2000 with A2630 Card and GVP SCSI Controller. Later on I changed to a GVP GForce and added a Flickerfixer and Picasso II Board. That's the config still on my table and fully functional *knock*knock*. I didn't end up since I did coding as well or even more talented. To do some scores along with white duke was pure fun since we had better musicians in Subway - Bug - and later Dream Team - STP. SoundTracker, Protracker. Can't remember the exact versions. LOL. With none. Two reasons for that. First, I had no goal. Second, none of them was of the quality our teammates produced. No. It was a funny time. Maybe some of them are not worth listening anymore, but that's part of the storay so far;-) I think STP brought it to the point in his interview... The music decides how long a demo is watched in the first place. If the demo itself is boring the music is ripped of and played even today on scenemusic.net. Thanks to UAE we're able to play all the demos, too. No, not at all. A found my profession in designing large scale internet platforms for mail, web, usenet and many more services. As part of it I have to code a lot as well. I'm completly addicted to Open Source, GNU, Linux. Well, mp3's are great. But it's still wonderfull to open some oldstyle modules. The more details about the mod on the screen the better. I still love to open some in eg modplug tracker and watch the patterns moving up;-) And in some extrem situations I start my AMIGA and listen to the best modules with my own Moduleplayer STP (stp141 on aminet). Space Debris, Street Jungle, Elysium, Cream of Earth, Phase1 (Atari) no. Pink Floyd, Keane, Moby, .... Friends, nice stays in foreign countries, lots of fun, experience No. Sure;-) All my teammates from Mygon, Quest, Subway, Dream Team and all the others knowing me. Last but not least I want to say, that I'm deeply shocked by the news of the death of bug. Since I don't know any details yet I can't say any more then that I feel sorry for all his relatives. He'll ever have a place in our memories refreshed every time listening to his tunes.
