My dad came home with an Atari1040ST one day and it just continued that way. I guess I was 6 years old. I started out with an AtariST with wich I learned to code basic and compose music. (mainly .mod files in protracker, I learnd to compose YM later on) Music was easyier and funnier =) hehe, I guess im lazy. But I do gfx also, im not just as good at it. I started out with a program called Piano on Atari, dont remember much of it, I dont think it was a tracker in that meaning. Then I got my hands on ProtrackerST wich I stayed with untill I got a PC. I also used a program called quincomposer on atari. on PC I started with Fasttracker2 and Im still using it. noone really, but I think I like my co-op with Stalker named flc_girl.xm the most. hehe, yeah, all shit I composed 96-2000 or something, it suck =) Well both gets very boring if you dont have music, but you can survive with a demo without music, but I dont think I would play a game without music. yes im still composing music, mainly soundtracks for demos or chiptunes for cracktros or artpacks for my groups. I dont think I would ever start making music professional, its just not why im doin it... I hate to be serious with something. I dont really have an opinion The authors and songs that have gave me the most is I think chiptunes by Paul Shields, David Withacker and Jess on atari, and ofcource Kooty + all my friends whom I have composed chiptunes with on PC. But It was David Withackers fault that I started makin this awfull music in the first time =) no not really, or maybe if my friends want me too for parties and stuff. Moustly Swedish Hiphop nowadays, but I listen to most electronical music... I like Rage against the machines too. something to talk shit about because I was on atari =) ofcource! I would like to thank arachno for gettin me into the PCscene by allowin me to join Fadeout, I guess I would have stopped my sceneactivity if that didnt happen all thoose years ago. ofcource my dad for giving me my atari as a kid. oh, and a hi to all my friends, you know who you are. oh, and dont stop fighting all the evil powers in the world blablabla be cool stay in school (and scene) and stop critizise all sceneproductions, try to tell ppl whats good and how to make whats bad better instead of just dissing them. Thats what makes the scene so boring today, everyone is so unfriendly to eachothers. ( I dont say im better, eheh) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- please note: this interview is ©opyrighted in 2002 by crown of cryptoburners ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
