  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Hmm.. i guess it was in 89 when i got a c64 for x-mas, i just played games
on it and had no clue of the scene. Later i just played video games and
then i stopped doing that too.. and had a break from the computer world.
But one day the summer of 1994 me and a friend of mine that knew Laz/ex-3le,
went to laz place and listened to modules, played games, watched demos.
From that moment i was totaly lost in the the world of computers again.
Me and laz became really close friends and and i bought an a500 to start
tracking. Altough i didnt do much tracking at all until i bought an
amiga1200 summer of 95. Then i could sit for hours just to end up doing
really shitty modules, (still do :)

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Atari2600 - gaming.. donkey kong rules :)

commodore 64, gaming until it crashed one day.

Amiga500, gaming and looking at demos.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I guess thats becouse the sceners in my hometown where almost only traders
and musicians. Except for laz who made pixel art's too. Anyway i just liked
to do music, becouse i felt it was the most creative choice for me.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Sonix music (a about one month, hehe)
Then protracker, and later on digibooster sometimes.
Also some ahx tracking, ut wery few releases.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Hmm.. really hard to tell, but i guess in warp made me feel i had some
energy to bring to the dancefloor,or rather the demoparty floor? :)

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • hehe.. i wont even tell you, i made some really crappy stuff but i never
released much from that "crap-only" era.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music means a lot to a demo, it makes the atmosphere of a demo or game,
giving the impression that a game/demo has the touch that the designer/coder
    wanted it to have.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Naah.. i just make modules for fun. I have some plans, as all other tracker
musicians that just ends up to be unknown :)

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • I dont mind using a new media, but a mod is a mod and that is and art that
cant be compared to new stuff like that. I mean, modules can never compete
with midi stuf becouse it's just two separate worlds.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • That list would be long..
I like most of heatbeats stuff, dizzy, groo, supernao,nuke.. and all
    200 other really good tracker's i forgott,

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Not likely.. maybye i go pro someday but it wont be modules then.. maybye
buzz or a simular newskol tracker in that case. Or programs like Reason..
    hardware is way expensive.

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Hmm.. mostly all of warp records stuff, björk, r.e.m sometimes, jimmy hendrix,
the doors. kraftwerk and many other groups with strange names..

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • Plessure of making something that other people (at least some of them) like.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Yes, tracking as usual, but im not as fanatic as before.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Hometown chipmate Coma of course, and laz too..
Stain/ex-classic for having cool boozepartys back in the days:)
All my friends in uprough and all others that i got to know in the scene.
    Im off..
