  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Uh.... 1981? From the beguining, i was interested by the creative side of
computers. So, i used to code games in basic when i was a kid.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • An Msx (basic), an Atari St (music, code, gfx), an amiga (gfx, some modules),
and then, some Pcs (gfx only)

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Actually, i'm a graphic artist, so making music was just a hobby for me.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • Protracker

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • uhhh... i didn't....

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • I don't think i ever wrote something worth remembering

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Music can contribute to create mood and rythm to demos, games, movies...
    So it's definitly important.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • I'm not. I'm making graphics for videogames, and i work in the comic industry too.
I choose to do what i'm good at.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • From a musical and technical point of view, it's fantastic. There's no limit.
But the interest of modules and demos on Amiga came from the technical
limitations. Without limitation, i find it less interesting.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • "Banana split" by Di33y
    Everything else by Di33y
    "florence" by Audiomonster

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Nope

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Radiohead, Prefuse73, Gabriel Fauré, blonde redhead, Bill evans

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • I learn basic processes like pixel drawing, how a computer really work,
technical limitations, as well as team work with coders and musicians. So,
basicly i learnt my job. And of course, meeting other people was cool.

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • No

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Gr33tzzz elitzzz 2 "ReFlEx" héééé comment ça vaaaaa????
