  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • i can't remember really. i think i was fascinated by a friend who got an
amiga. then i needed one myself. that was back in 1988.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • i've had an amiga500 wich i've used to play games at beginning, then realised
the demo scene and started to make music as i'm a real music fanatic crap :).
after some period i've bought me the really cool amiga 1200 and continued my
musical work but never had the chance to give it to somebody in the scene
until 1997 where i met pirat on his bbs. i've used amiga's since 2000 then i
bought me my first PeeZee due to the musical hardware needs that have grown
    with the time.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • oh that's really simple. i always was fascinated of music since i was a child.
my father sang in some severall groups, my mother had some roots, so did my
grandmother. i've started recording vinyls, music onto tape when i was at an
age of 8 or 9. and in 1988 i got my amiga and as i said started to try my own.
sure, i've also tried making graphics but i didn't followed it like i followed
the music :). allthough, graffiti also was a nice thing to follow but i stopped
    someday due to uninterests :).

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • i've used trackers, like everyone did in the scene :)
protracker2.3d was and is my all time favourite tracker. i've spent ages with
that piece of software. but besides pt i've also used musiclineeditor,
artofnoise, thx/ahx on amiga and fasttracker2, modplugtracker and alot more
    of software on pc.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • hmm. my ever first mod wich i don't have anymore. then tekknical death,
    fuck0ff bastardz, lite teknolagy.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • nope.

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • it's really important. without music a demo looks like crap. i've written an
    article about that in devotion01.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • yes, i'm still composing music. for both professional and leisure means.
mo'playaz is an internet based jungle/d&b/beat music project. we are always
moving forward to the real buisness. other the other side i'm still active in
the demoscene on amiga and pc.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • that's a nice question wich i have a short but good answer for: wave, midi are
for professional use not for the scene really. mp3 is for storing music onto
your computer. but also used in the pc demo scene for it's small sizes and
    great quality.

hmm, wasn't short at all :D

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • well one of my all time favourite tune is Hazel. can't rememer the dudes who
made it, i think elusive + radix. there are more mods i really like but i
    don't remember now :(

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • yes. i'm working on it since last year. some of my mods i've released will
be remastered by myself and then i might release them on some record labels.
but i won't promise anything as live is like a wind, you never know
where it leads to in the next second :)

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • i don't listen to one particular bands or style. i like music, i love music,
i listen to all music wich are good. that's it :). even the commercial
mainstream, if it's a really good song.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • the amiga scene gave me alot of enjoyment and friends, it helped me improving
my skills. it's a period of my life :)

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • yes i am. in spaceballs on amiga, in bypass on pc and in my own kru mo'playaz.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • some big upz to ma homyz inda blox:

    alive.leunam.nork.surfing.dvize.hillie.skyfusion.vim
    madbart.ooze.relief.prodigy.sixpack.whiskas.melomniac
    azazel.gdm.danny.pix.lazur.origo.micro.damnation.nitram

    bigrat.jive.lordchaos.kritix.theunconsiusness.ghandy.docd
    grace.ray.ramses.horny.vanor.zeg.freqvibez.mel.rawstyle.ramone
    jazz.skyphos.azure.damion.rokdazone.eksec.touchstone.trojan.assign
and to all i have met in the past years of scening on amiga and pc!
