  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • In 1983 or 84 ... started with .. interest in technology....

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • Oric-1, Oric Atmos, C-64, Amiga 1000, Amiga 2000, Amiga CDTV, Amiga 500+,
    Amiga 500, Amiga 1200 (twice), PC i486, PC P90, PC P233MMX (current)

    Mostly music... and games...

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Music has always been fascinating to me... I always found coding to be
boring, graphics is actually something I am involved with now ...

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • On the Amiga... no doubt, ProTracker .. after I moved over to MIDI,
Dr.T's Keyboard Controlled Sequencer was a real breeze to use.. now I use
Cubase VST on my PC which is just wonderful

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • none... I am still searching for the magic .. but I really liked the
    Sway.mod ... and lightwalk also...

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • Wild bunch... Wizard of os... a whole lot of ... :-) .. reasons are hard
to find .. well, to be honest.. we were young... did not now what to
expect from ourselves... less is often more, you know...

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • Like a good movie, it is 50% of the whole impression

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Professionally.. and leisurely... www.uib.no/People/hhijg .. for the
    latest news...

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • MPEG is both a curse and a blessing... a curse for the ones that want to
make money on their music... a blessing for those who want to be heard all
    over the place...

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • Shades by Chris Hulsbeck, the SLL3-tune on the Amiga.. Crazy Comets by
Rob Hubbard, Monty on the run by Rob Hubbard (a great tune that I listened
to hundreds of times..) .. Rob was my all-time favourite... on the Amiga,
well .. I really like the work of .. what's his name again .. that Finnish
bloke who makes jazz-tunes... Heatbeat... yep...

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Nope!!!!

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • FSOL, Biosphere.. a lot of experimental stuff...

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • A bunch of friends, good memories .. and the best.. the experience with
    sound tweaking... and sampling...

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Nope...

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • Hi to you!

    Greetings!
