X-Trade, Infect, Subject(short story), Airwalk, 69'ers. Date of birth: 1974 29th Of June My mom and dad bought me and my brother a C64 in 1984, and then in 1986 I bought myself a C128D, and in 1988 I bought a Amiga 500 which I remember was so damn cool! :), with the graphics, games, and the music. So you could say my interrests for computer started in 1984. C64:playing games C128D:playing games, did some programming(simple stuff, scrolls and so on) A500:Games,swapping, music. A600: Games, swapping, some music. A1200: Games, swapping, some music. I have played drums and piano when I was younger so it was a natural thing, then I also come from a musical family, my older brother plays the piano, my mom plays the piano, my grandpa(on my mothers side) played all kinds of instruments, and all my grandmas brothers played all kinds of instruments, so as you can see is it pretty genetic;) Protracker, none above that program!. None, I'm a competitive person so I'm never pleased, I still dont think myself as a musician or a famous ex. scener, but to pick a point, I think it must have been "Gerimax"(I think it was called that, I remember Henning B did a remix of it, stimmt das Henning, oder?.) Alot of tunes :), just because I just can see them as seroius songs as the other real musicians have made. To give the feeling, music is making us creative as well, and it stimulate our cortex where feelings and senses are representive. Try to watch horrormovie with out sounds, how scary would that be then?:) I'm sorry to have to say I'm no longer active in the scene, neither do I compose music, but if someone has my songs, make a remix of 'em and send them to me, perhaps we can release it again. I also have to find a great program to make music with, Fasttracker is great so I think I will stick to that until I find a better, if I would start to compose music again will say. I think they are great, really guys!, you're making a hell of a job!. I really hope to see some names in the record buisness soon, 'coz if it were'nt for all the modules that have been released I can assure the music would'nt have evaluated as it has done, for instance, think about Bjorn A Lynne, Virgill Of Sanity, Chromag Of DCS, Soul Of DCS, and all other guys(you're too many to count) that do thier own type of music, not that ordinary technomusic, what I want to say with that, is that cultures have been mixed and a new kind of music have been created, that's my theory anyway. Cebit '90 by ? of RSI Total Triple Trouble by Static Of Rebels and then all the songs from Chromag of DCS, Clawz of Complex, Soul Of DCS, and Mel o Dee of TheShining, I'm sorry guys, I cant remember the names of all the great songs you have made. If someone give me an offer, yes, and then would I make seroius music, but I would like to make it with someone, so we can mix styles. I mostly listen to "chartmusic"(MTVmusic), so mostly dance, soul, r n' b. Friends, alot of info from other parts of the world, how other people live and learn, for instance had I contacts reaching from United Arab Emirates all the way to Norway(just teasing guys;)). I remember I swapped with a guy that called himself Rod/Polaris(Hi Stanjoe!), and that guy lived in Split/Croatia under the Bosnian war, he was one of the guys that really got me thinking about becoming a UN-soldier, since I could see how close the war was to me allthou I lived in Sweden. The scene also gave me the chance to be created with the music, and to do something else when I got home from school, to relax with before I did my homework. I'm sorry to have to say this, but I have lost my addressbook to you all guys that I knew,so if anyone of you guys that I knew sees this, just contact me!, and spread my address via email, I rather see that one to many get it, than none at all. No. I "accidently" got a peak at Nico Barbats site:www.scenet.de so I sent Nico a letter since we are old Friends, and I had lost his address, but found his email so I could write to him, which is great, 'coz I missed the guy ;)(hi Nico:)). So if there are any more guys that know me, just contact me, my email is in the www.scenet.de and look under "emails" - A(dder) for my emailaddress. I wanna greet all my old pals in the scene, but especially Karsten Buhm who let me start the Swedish X-Trade, and that Karsten(Scuba of X-Trade) made so darn good graphics that we could release and get a name of, Karsten if you see this please do contact me, or if anyone who knows a person by the name of Karsten Buehm, give him my address! 11:15 2000-12-14 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- please note: this interview is ©opyrighted in 2001 by crown of cryptoburners ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
