My parents bought me an Amiga 500 in 1988(?) and my cousin got a Commodore 64. The first game we played was IK+ on both platforms, and I soon realized these machines were not the same. None really.. Music has always been a big part of me. I teamed up with a class mate (Mad Druid) who was in to movie production (and Amiga), and made some tunes to accompany the productions in the early 90's. Long story short, we also ran a BBS where we recruited members to what later on became the demogroup Powerline. This was in 1994. Since music was my thing, no musician was recruited and here I am. Scenemusic: Protracker 2.3 and 3.15. When I reach my goal I will probably stop tracking. Hopefully that will never happen. Let's face it. All songs have their good and bad parts. Even if there are songs I'm not very pleased with, I'm happy they are released. It tells a little story of who I was at that time. It's as crucial as anything else, but an awesome demotune can make a dull demo interesting. Dull music can however ruin an otherwise good demo. Pleasure only. Mostly compomodules at the moment. Oldschool or newschool doesn't really matter as long as you stick to one of them. The ~1MB modules made today are ridiculous. Not really. I have favourites from the past that I still enjoy, but there are many new pieces that blow me away as well. No. I made a collection CD in 2005(?) with all kinds of tunes. Live piano sets, amiga mods, metal rehearsals etc, but everything in it's original shape. Nothing remastered. Amiga modules are perfect as is. Death metal, psybient, swedish folk, drumnbase, sid, amigamods. Bands and artist vary from day to day. Friends, friends, friends, creativity, travels and a wider view of culture. Yes. I was away for a decade or so, but now I'm releasing stuff again.
