  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • Just Playing Sierra Adventure Games On A XT Computer That My Dad Bought 4 His
Work. I Guess it was in the year 1989 orso..

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • My first Own PC was the 286, i bought it from my dad for only 200 dutch
    guilders. after that i kept on upgrading, 386, 486DX, 486DX2, DX4, Pentium
    120Mhz, Pentium 200 MMX, PII-300Mhz and now i'm tracking on a AMD 900Mhz.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • Always wanted to be a coder AND musician, bet the music was easier to learn
and better to understand at that age (12), so I sticked to tracking music.
(They say you can't have it all)

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I Started Tracking with a 4-channel Tracker called "MODEDIT" after a few year
scream tracker 3 came and opened a complete new world!. Impulse Tracker...
Impulse Tracker.... And Still using Impulse Tracker 2.14

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • Never really had a goal, just making modules for phun!
but I Was stunned when I heard that StarshitEnterprijs.mod became 1st on the
    ambience 2k chip-tune music compo!

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For what reason?

  • Yeah, a song i created for a ex-girl friend, don't wan't to mention it ;)

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • It's not the most important thing in a game, but shouldn't be crappy orcorz.
But in demo's it sure is one of the things that should be very neat.
(I Just Love Audio Synced Demos!!)

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • Yep, still composing a lot of tunes, approx. 2 In A Month. And still only for
    leisure.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • Midi Suxx Bigtime! and Mp3 is fun for leeching. Real music comes in *.IT
    Format :)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • My favorite Traxx are: The music from Second Reality by Purple Motion (still
one of the best all-time demo) and a lot of tracks from the dutch demo groups
    "destiny" and "Rave Beats Int."

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • I'm working on it ...

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • All kinds of, mostly trance and dance but also some chemical, Acid and
    bigbeat sounds.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • A Lot of inspiration for chip-tunes!

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • Scene? I Think the scene I used 2 know Died in 1998 (BBS Scene) so i'm not
very active in the internet scene.. but i'm planning to bring my own music
group (San-tx) back into the scene... Someday.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • All The dudes I Used To Know from the boards: Supreme Court, Dream-Zone,
Datura, Beer and Warez, The Monkey Bar and pfff all the users I Had when
The Lost Dimension BBS Was Running, Mazz (For placing me on their Tracked
    Worx '2k).

All groups who keep the music/gfx/demo scene alive these days.
    San-Tx/Revolution Members.

My dad for selling me his 286! and ofcorz My Girlfriend for a lot of
    inspiration.
