Date of birth: 6 Sept 1977

  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • My dad bought a C64 in 1984

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • C64, amiga 500, amiga 2000, amiga 1200, macintosh powerbook 165,
    powermac 6500

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • All I liked was music. It always has played an important role in my life.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • soundtracker / protracker

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • dunno.
maybe "VIBRATIONS" or some other in that style...

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • some of the first technocrap I did.
I think they are very very hard to come by nowadays :) (lucky me!)

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • maybe 10% or so...

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • both professional and leisure purposes: I play keyboards and trumpet.
    just released a drum'n'bass cd.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • wave (AIFF in my case) is essential for all sort of musicmaking that requires
technology like samplers, hd recording etc.
mpeg is good for piracy, but the quality is not suffient for professional
uses. midi... is good only to save your own sequences.. if any good at all :)

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • music of the scene? copuldn't remember!

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • music from the scene?
I don't think so... too old and I've evolved so much

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • stelly dan
    earth wind & fire
jazz from the 40s and the 50s
roni size and other jungle/drum'n'bas artists
acidjazz of the early nineties (incognito, jtq...)

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • interpersonal experience
    communication skills
    computer skills
    learnt good english
    fun

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • no way

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • where is this going to be published?
I'd like old fellows from the scene to visit my site (http://jump.to/will)
