  • 1-How did your interest for computers start? Which year was that?

  • I just can't remind. But when I was young I have been offered one of the
first video-gamer with in the end of the 70's. I used to play for hours to
many sportsgames with a bar and a spot on the tv screen.

  • 2-What machines did you previously have? What did you do with them?

  • After that I had a Philips Videpac with about 1 byte of random access memory!
On Which you can play freedom fighters or Pacman!
In 1986 (I know it's late), I bought a C64, and did lot of things with it.
In 1989 I had an Amiga 500. The first thing I did with it is to run Mental
Hangover from Scoopex. Very soon I tried to do music with it.
Then in 1994 I bought my A1200 on whitch I typing this stuff and I did what
    you know with it.

And recently I have bought a fucking pc k6-233 and I really actively search
for a very good tracker which works with Audio-PCI card!.

  • 3-For what specific reason did you end up making music rather than gfx, coding?

  • I don't know. I bought my A500 only in the purpose to make music with the
fabulous program named soundtracker I saw on a friend's workbench. What are
the reasons who make you what you are? I just can't answer.

  • 4-Which composing programs have you been using? Which one in particular?

  • I used basically all Sound,Noise,Pro Trackers I found. My favourite is
protracker 2.3b+bugfix. I use it so deep that I also composed with its bugs
so I never could adapt to te serie of protrackers 3.xx, because they bug with
my tunes. I also composed on chips on Sidmon, Jamcracker, Startrekker, Future
composer, Thx... I also used DMC on C64.

  • 5-With which module did you feel you had reached your goal?

  • In every one I have finished.

  • 6-Is there a tune you would like not to remember? For What reason?

  • All the ones I made before 1992, and some other which are too conventional.
Those which are ear-honey you can listen under your shower...

  • 7-In your opinion, what's the value of a music in a demo, game?

  • In both it's really important. What a pity to play a game and be forced to
turn off the sound because it's too lame. In a demo I think it's even more
important than the code. For me code shouldn't be seeable.

  • 8-At present, are you still composing? For professional or leisure purposes?

  • It's a pretty long time I don't compose because I don't have a good tracker
on pc. My amiga offers me a sound of poor quality, and my // port is dead so I
can't make any sample. But I will, be sure of that, I'm too down when I can't
express my feelings and I lose trust in myself.

  • 9-What do you think of today's pieces of music such as mpeg,wave,midi,etc...?

  • It's quite usefull.

  • 10-Could you tell us some of your all times favourite tunes?

  • From other people I can say : Maniacs of noise : Aspar Grand Prix
    or some other by laxity.
From me, without hesitation I can say : Cyber Gilbert

  • 11-Are you planning to make an audio cd with some of your music remastered?

  • Yes I even have started to work on it, bu it takes a long time to do because
I'm maniac. But the result is better than dreamed. I just have remastered 2
of my tunes : "Happy to gaze her" it tooks me about 1 month
    "Loading" made in two days..

  • 12-What bands are you currently listenning to?

  • Sometimes when I nerved I listen some old Metallica songs or Alan Stivell
but what I listen is almost Herbie Hancock Chick Corea or electroacoustic
    music as Denis Dufour.

  • 13-What does/did the amiga/c64 scene give you?

  • It gaves me a fantastic power of artistic expression and It permitted me
to meet some people who are still very good friends (It includes you...).
    (ed.so sweet, being romantic eh!)

  • 14-Are you still active in the scene these days?

  • If someone writes me he wants a music for his masterpiece and offer me a good
tracker I will do it. But I don't have seen any demo for at least one year.
The danish parties has became great supermarkets and so the french ones.

  • 15-Anyone to greet? Anything left to say? Feel free...

  • I will like to thanks Jackie Sardou for having hired me her set of false
    teeth.
